COMPANY DRIVER - PAY SCHEDULE |

|
Drivers
are paid for "Trips" and "Empty moves". |
|||||||||
|
"Trips"
are a combination of the "dispatch-empty move" (empty move to
loading point) and all loaded mile movements |
|||||||||
|
"Empty
moves" are any miles run to a destination other than a loading
facility. |
|||||||||
|
|

All Company
Drivers, all divisions, will be paid for all miles run (loaded or empty)
under dispatch |
|||||||||
|
All miles
are calculated (point to point) using by |
|||||||||
|
|
|||||||||
|
All miles will be paid @
42 cents per mile subject to the following exceptions |
|||||||||
|
1. "Trips" with loaded miles under
130 will be paid at least the “minimum per trip” shown below |
|||||||||
|
2.
"Over the Road" drivers hauling crosstown
(local) loads within certain major metropolitan areas |
|||||||||
|
MAY be eligible for a short load supplement
of either $30 or $50. |
